The team at Nexus have been amazing, could not have asked for more patient and understanding people. I was stuck with a very complicated situation involving multiple utility companies and Northern Power Grid and Nexus were on the end of the phone whenever I needed. They went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was solved. Don’t know what we’d have done without them!
